SimpleBoards Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund on SimpleBoards Pro. If the plugin does not fit your needs, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
Who can request a refund
Any customer who bought SimpleBoards Pro directly from us is eligible, as long as the request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date. After 14 days, we are unable to process a refund.
How to request a refund
Send an email to [your support email] from the same address you used at checkout, and include your order number or license email. We will review the request and reply within 2 business days. You do not need to explain your reason, but short feedback helps us improve the plugin for future users.
When refunds are not available
A refund cannot be issued in these cases:
- The request is made after the 14-day window.
- The license was bought through a third-party reseller or bundle. In that case, please contact the seller you purchased from.
- The charge is a renewal after your first term, since renewals pay for updates and support you have already received.
- There is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated refund requests across multiple purchases or accounts.
How the refund is processed
Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Once the refund is issued, your Pro license is deactivated and Pro features stop working on your site. The free version of SimpleBoards keeps working as normal.
